I’ve added even more detail to the front including two landing bays and two airlocks.

I agree with Tom Hendricks. The windows are such a radically different style than the rest of the ship that they really do detract.
If you love them and want to keep them, then I would suggest making most (or all) of the upcoming detailing based on those curvy triangle shapes so that the final design looks more unified.
The thing is, the rest of this ship is made of gently rounded rectangles and smooth curves and lines, with similarly square-themed nurnies in the detail areas. It seems like a close cousin to Rick Sternbach's Starfleet designs. So, we would except to see rounded rectangle windows here, too. The "angry spider" look comes out of nowhere. Maybe you're trying to challenge expectations? I dunno, at this point it just looks tacked on.
Just my two cents. Obviously, it's your spaceship and you make the decisions.

Aarrrghh! Can’t believe I’m starting another ship. But here it is.
I got the idea for this one when looking at two of my remote controls. One long one and one short one. The short one was on top of the bigger one and upside down and I liked the shape and wanted to try something with it and this is what I got.
