Wonderful work. Now, this might just be me, but when I saw this one, I immediately thought of an old tape cassette recorder/player that I owned in my 'younger days'. Not belittling your wonderful work at all, just having a remembrance from years past.UPDATE...
Well, since I can’t do much work on my house project at night I decided to work on something else at night and it’s this space station. I add more small detail to this part still have more to go I think.

Added some detail to this part of the station need to add a bit more. I also adjusted the panels on the curved parts.

Something went weird with the neck of this ship so I started to rebuild it. Looks like I might have to do the entire neck.

Finally got around to working on the guns for this thing and I’m pretty happy with the final result.

Started to work on the sphere. I don’t plan on going to nuts with the detail. Probably will tear out all my hair by the time I’m done.

The sphere is coming along and I’m happy with it so far. Probably not much more to do and I can move on to textures.

I think I’m done with the front end. at least for now so I moved it into Mental Ray and added rooms behind the windows and now trying to figure out what I’m gonna do about textures.
