Great, but a little too grammatical - they'd have dropped four or five words out of that blurb.
Something more like "The strangest conqueror in history - would he save Earth or destroy it?"

Also, if you take a look at current book covers, most of them have much larger type for the title, and in many cases, the author's name is even larger, essentially being used as a 'brand' for the book(s).
This looks good, but I think it looks more like a poster than a book cover.
