A.V. Club reports that AMC has green-lit a spin-off for Orphan Black, set six years after the show ended.

The official description for Orphan Black: Echoes reads:

Set in the near future, the new Orphan Black takes a deep dive into the exploration of the scientific manipulation of human existence. It follows a group of women as they weave their way into each other’s lives and embark on a thrilling journey, unravelling the mystery of their identity and uncovering a wrenching story of love and betrayal.
Anna Fishko (Pieces of Her, The Society, Fear the Walking Dead) serves as the series creator, writer, showrunner and executive producer with director John Fawcett, the co-creator of the original series. The 10-episode season order will be overseen by the original executive producers David Fortier and Ivan Schneeberg.
No casting has been announced yet.

I'm cautiously excited about this news. I initially had trouble getting into the show because of the writing but everything began to click towards the end of the first season almost entirely because of Tatiana Maslany. As much as I loved the show to the end, it's hard imagining this universe without Maslany and I'm not sure if the writing can stand on its own without her.

But, of course, I'm willing to give it a shot and I hope I'm proven wrong. Plus, the nonzero chance of one of the Clone Club Seestras showing up.

I'm cautiously optimistic about this too, but won't be turning in if Tatiana Maslany is not involved or staring in the show. Her performances as the various clones is what made it possible for the series to succeed. Isn't Tatiana Maslany staring in She-Hulk for Disney+? Is she even going to be available for this series or any other?

Q2

She is indeed starring in She-Hulk and they've already finished filming the first season, so it's entirely possible she could appear on some level, but I would be very surprised if it was anything more than the occasional guest appearance. We don't know what Marvel's plans are for She-Hulk or even if the show will get a second season, but I imagine they'll keep her plenty busy.

Cautiously optimistic, but I hope Maslany can be a guest in it somewhere because she really the original series so awesome with the different sestras.
