Original or Returning Villain?

I was also curious: why were "other classic character" and "natural disaster" not made separate poll options? It doesn't seem to me as if they'd automatically be grouped together.

Short answer? I was lazy, tired, and didn't feel like fixing it when I'd realized my mistake.

The last movie had a new villain so I'd rather see an original series villain reimagined.

I'm all for an original villain, but I wouldn't mind an appearance of Mudd. I didn't really consider him much of a villain though. He would be a fun inclusion....cause a little harmless trouble.

Mudd would be awesome! If they want to do some re-imaging I definitely think they should take characters that are lesser known to the general public as opposed to Khan.

I'd prefer an originally villain in some shape or form though, just not along the lines of Nero. He was definitely the weak link last go around. Maybe someone or something less deliberately evil, just a threat due to their biology or some such reason. Mudd would work really well in this scenario as he would be manipulating them or taking advantage of the situation.
