Neoconservatives love to spend money on foreign intervention/war. When it comes to domestic spending, they tend not to care either way. If you take a look at some of the more prominent neoconservatives they pay some lip service to the idea of keeping spending down domestically, but it's not a pressing concern, certainly not compared to having a heavy hand in foreign affairs.
