We are all such geeks for having so much interest this far out. I'd like to just put it out of my mind, but I can't. I know I should, but God help me, I can't.
Here I am regularly checking out the covers of Starlog and other sci-fi magazines for any information about the movie like I did for TMP back in 1979. And I'm spending way too much time on the Internet over this movie. Hell, I spend more time each day looking for new Trek information than I do on the porn sites. Now that ain't natural.
I've already invested (wasted?) a lot of time on this movie. And the real promotional stuff isn't even out there yet. I'll be useless when that comes out.
This better a DAMN GOOD movie, Abrams!

Well then, I won't go see it until July.
This is the second time we have been one year away. Although I am glad it doesn't come out on Christmas, it wouldn't have done very well then.
^ Yeah, the second time being one year away feels a bit old hat, doesn't it?
