One thing I would love to see in Star Trek XI opening credits

Yes I do. It will NEVER HAPPEN. There is NOTHING special about them appearing in any Trek. EVER. I know. You liked ENT. Good for you. Isn't that enough? Having Captain Quantum and the Canterlevered Wonder spout off some useless dialogue isn't going to change the fact that ENT, by the majority's standards, was a critical and ratings failure. Abrams is trying resurrect this moribund franchise. Throwing a bone to the 20 or so people still logging on to Trek United shouldn't, isnt, and will never be, part of his plan. Accept it!

Still, look for a portrait, statue or Academy class picture of Archer to crop up as a brief nod if nothing else. Something we have to look close to see.

Yes, and while they are at it, they should ignore DS9 as well.

That's correct. DS9 did not get cancelled.

it didn't exactly win the hearts of casual viewer either.

Neither did ENT.

It's ratings went down from it's premiere.

But never as low as ENT's.

Hell, it's doing so poorly on SpikeTV it got moved to airing 3 nights a week at 1 am

But the important thing is that Spike TV has SEVEN seasons of episodes to choose from.

And besides, it's better than being ditched and having the void filled by wannabe supermodels.
