Presumably one disc for each show, the "leftovers" we've long been waiting for.

For those who don't want to click a Facebook link; April 5th release date, "Star Trek Collection: The Final Frontier" four disc soundtrack set. Further details on release date. Cover art shows TNG, DS9, VOY, ENT.

Start your bets now for that particular cue you wanted that won't be on this release. ;)

"Azati Prime" or we riot.

It's been a great run of Trek scores from LLL. I'm also sad that GNP decided not to continue their remastered releases - I was really looking forward to a redone "Yesterday's Enterprise".

Details!

DISC ONE
includes, for the very first time anywhere, “lost cues” by Jerry Goldsmith written, but never recorded, for STAR TREK THE MOTION PICTURE, performed here by renowned composer Joe Kraemer.

The rest of Disc One features cues from STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION by composers Dennis McCarthy and Jay Chattaway, including music from such episodes as “The Dauphin,” “Time’s Arrow Part 2,” “Lower Decks,” and more.

I am stoked to finally get the Bajoran DS9 theme from Sanctuary! Plus a big long cue from the finale of Blood Oath. And I love that Azati Prime is basically the very last newly released cue we'll ever get from them. Talk about waiting 'til the last second. ;)

LLL trolling us right to the end.

A lot of tracks I'm looking forward to hearing, too - "Valiant", "Deadlock", more from "Sacrifice of Angels". Plus the Federation Anthem!

so this means they are totally done with new offerings? That’s too bad, was hoping they would do an expanded Search for Spock.

Decided to splurge and order this, the 50th anniversary set, and the 2nd Voyager set. Eventually, I'll go back and get the rest of the TV series sets.

My CD set finally arrived. Some great tracks on here.

I'm very happy to get one last big set, but I do think the actual presentation might be the sloppiest Trek one I've got. The cover is a very rushed cut 'n paste (The promo photos of four Trek ships/station...and then Voyager is a cruddy screenshot looking thing) and DS9 is missing a chuck of pylon. The final page of the booklet has a similar problem, the black levels of the ship shots wasn't taken into account, so you can see the cut-out photoshop work quite clearly on 1701, Voyager, and very much on NX-01.

And the biggest sin, spelling Garak's name wrong. :D

The cues are the most important thing though, I'm mostly just teasing.
