The Noble you've got there is either very eh.. orto2D or still quite sketchy (punny punny) so I mean with fully fleshed out when it's in full colour striking a pose like the Stargazer in your first post, so with all the bells and whisles.
As for the Liege class, that one just needs a coat of paint and some race stripes.
So I mean fleshed out in that way.
