Once Upon A Time Season 3

Ugh. Make her go away from genre television.

This sucks, I so cant stand this woman. Ruined V for me, then Revolution and now this show.

Each show she is in she plays the same character. This just ruined my day and now not looking forward to this coming season. Might as well cancel the show now and get it over with.

^ It's a very fleeting explanation that came courtesy of a nameplate on a door glimpsed in the Season 1 finale A Land without Magic when Jefferson rescues Belle, so I'm not actually surprised that it had escaped your notice. :)

Coo. I was surprised we hadn't heard about him yet. They have everybody else (I think I read that they're even going to have a live reindeer for Sven), so I was shocked when he wasn't included in the previous announcements.

Someone has to be the bad guy... right?

Or, since this is OuaT... does that mean the reindeer will be the bad guy and Hans will be a pussycat?

That's been my biggest question so far. I assumed when the first set this up that Elsa would be the big bad, but the interviews have made it sound like her characterization will be pretty close to the misunderstood character from the movie, rather than an outright villain.

Looks like Elsa and Anna are visiting their parents' grave.

Teaser Description

The clip showed Anna and Elsa joining hands and visiting their parents’ graves, laying flowers by the stones. “Anna, they would be so proud of you,” Elsa says.

“Both of us, Elsa,” Anna corrects. Elsa says she has a surprise for her sister, and Anna admits that “surprises tend to be hit and miss in this family.”

“You’ll like this one, I promise — it’s for your wedding,” Elsa smiles.

Can I, as a non-OUAT viewer, interrupt the thread to ask whether the show would be too grown up or scary for girls of 7 & almost 5? I saw the news that it was to have a Frozen arc and my girls absolutely love that film to death. I also saw a photo of the live-action Elsa and showed her to them and they were intrigued. So although I don't watch the show, I'd record that arc for them if I thought they'd enjoy it. But if it's a bit too grown-up (not necessarily True Blood but even on a par with Buffy) I don't want them having nightmares! Some thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'd say give it a try. It doesn't get much more "scary" than the average Disney movie. If your kids can handle the evil Maleficent from the classic cartoon they should be fine with OUAT. Any marginal "adult/relationship" theme is so minimal, and it's considered by ABC to be a family show since it's on at 8p on Sundays
