Obviously he can be both, and Nostradamus can still just be mentally ill and deluded into thinking he was powers, similar enough to the real version of the bloke.

Finally got caught up with this show. Sadly looks like everyone else gave up on it.
Nice to see how Alice made it home and how she ended up in the nut ward.
Cant wait to see her Dad finally find out the truth that Alice has been telling the truth this whole time.
