It's just pureed eggplant. *shrugs*

Think about your favorite kind of dip. (That's basically what this stuff is, really. A dip. Usually eaten with pita bread or something similar.) Then take a huge lump of it and put it on a plate and take a picture of that. It's not gonna look that appetizing, is it?
