Old Starlog Magazine Fan Designed Ship

SIC, from my computer's dictionary:

sic 1 |sik|
adverb
used in brackets after a copied or quoted word that appears odd or erroneous to show that the word is quoted exactly as it stands in the original, as in a story must hold a child's interest and “enrich his [ sic ] life.”
ORIGIN Latin, literally ‘so, thus.’

...But, like RIP can be read as Rest In Peace (despite "really" being Requiescat In Pace,) and h can be read as hour (despite "really" being heure), [sic] can basically always be read as [spelling incorrect]... If the actual content of the expression is wrong in the original work, why, it's just a case of really bad spelling!

Was that enough to get this zombie reburied? Or should I invoke mint juleps?

Why can't We drag up an Old Thread once in a while too???:nyah:

BTW: I've got every issue of Starlog packed away in my collection of stuff...

Boy, does that bring back a lot of good memories before the Internet.
