Yes indeed, and a section of TMP is on the back cover.

No, the ST VI art cover is a different artist and only recently announced as an alternate cover for a reprint of one of the single issues, IIRC. It hasn't come out yet.

The "Manifest Destiny" omnibus came out in stores two weeks ago.
