"Ok, that wasn't so good"

I just realized that in FC when the Doc says, "This Dianna is the good stuff" that the bottle actually says on it "Scotch" in big gold letters. Well back in my college days my experience was that liquor that was advertised in big bold letter as a certain drink wasn't always the best. Example: a bottle that will say "whiskey" in bigger bold letter and then in smaller letters advertise the actual brand name was not so great (or much less then great).

Just an interesting observation.

I absolutely love that line. The faces, the reactions, him throwing the bottle behind his head and you hear it smash in the background and he says the line, sweet mother of Jesus, he really sold that scene!

I especially love Riker's face watching it all happen, and part of me wonders how much of that is Riker...and how much is just Frakes trying not to laugh.

And of course Riker is just eating it up. I bet he didn't let Deanna live that down for months after that.

I'm glad Sirtis got the chance to play around a little. Even when everyone else was goofy, she had to be more dignified. This was a nice change of pace. By the way, FC is also where I think she looks her best.

That goes for other things, as well. Like if you go to a diner called "Diner," or "Eat."

Okay I never caught that but now I wonder if it wasn't done on purpose. He's an engineer (of sorts) and complaining about scotch. Where have we heard before about scotch and certain engineer and his love of the stuff?
