Clair is Jack's half-sister!?!?!

Whoa, I never saw that coming, it seems like everyone has had some kinda contact with Jack's dad lol

Seriously though, wow, all this time they were related and we never knew, and I guess they don't know either! I hope they find out, but I bet they don't. Tragic IMO

Don't spoil me, still workin on catchin up, I'm up to 3x13 now, gettin there. What a great series this is, can't believe I didn't get into it sooner, this show rocks.

OH, and BTW, Emile looked increadibly hot with dark hair too

Just finished 3x13, WHOA, now we know how John lost his legs, and WHOA, his dad

This is good stuff, really good stuff

The third season is my favorite season of the show thus far. Ben and Juliet were a fascinating addition to the show, there was more action and exploration than ever before, and the flashbacks were basically the climax of the character's back stories.

Hopefully Jack will find out and if he does I hope the scene does it justice.

That's why I'm thinking Christian was on the Island before and had to bring certain people there - after dying of course.

Jack already did find out in "There's No Place Like Home Part 2." And it did do it justice, I thought.

Maybe. I'm not sure Christian has a larger agenda but I do think that he's an unwitting tool of the Island. Rather than him influencing Jack and the others to come, I think maybe he was chosen because of his relation to Jack.

Buckle up, Brent, it's pretty much a non-stop ride from the tail end of season 3 up to the current episodes in season 5 (with just a couple of hiccups along the way in season 4).

Yeah, I'm loving this show

It jerks your brain around as much as BSG does, heh

I'm really enjoying my nights watching episodes, I am able to get 3 or 4 episodes in a night

It's going to be tough for you when you catch up to the rest of us and have to wait for a whole week between episodes.

The later part of season 3 is really good, I can't stand most of season 2 and the beginning of season 3. It was OK, but not really memorable. Season 3 and four are my favorites.

I started the show (season 1) back in May of 2008 and there was one Sunday where I watched 10 episodes!

I started watching Lost from the beginning, but when I introduced the show to my boyfriend a couple of years ago we spent entire nights and weekends just watching Lost. It's such an obsession, especially when you can watch them back to back! I'm looking forward to watching the show on DVD again after it's all over.

I thought S3 was much better than S4, even counting the opening six. The whole 6 thing (he said vaguely) was just a little mundane, and they telegraphed events way too far in advance, so that the finale was just one huge paint by numbers. And Ben and Juliet were much more interesting than the new S4 characters who weren't properly explained in S4.

Ben reminds me of Colonel Maybourne on SG-1, Ben says "Jack" the same way Maybourne said it on SG-1.

All of that is indeed objectively true. However, I prefer Season 4 over 3 because it moves. Yeah the finale was kind of paint by numbers, but a lot of Lost episodes are, given the size of mythology.

The good stuff is what they manage to sneak through the cracks.

But the overall story hangs together much better on Lost. BSG is really starting to show the signs of its jury-rigged plotline - the more they reveal, the more obvious it becomes. Maybe Lost was written just as off-the-cuff, but they hide it better. So if BSG isn't making you gnash your teeth at its tortured logic and silliness, Lost should really impress the frak out of you.
