Off Topic: Pumpkin Pattern/Stencil Help

I am big into pumpkin carving, and subscribe to several sites that have great stencils to carve into pumpkins. I typically use the fake foam ones you can buy at Michael's and the like so that we can use them over and over again. Anyhow, there are a couple of images that I have that I want to convert into carvable stencils, but can't seem to figure it out. Are there any intrepid photoshoppers out there that would be willing to give my images a shot?

Try the quick-n-dirty way first - load it up in your photo program of choice and convert it to 2 scale black and white and see where that gets you.
