Is there an easy way to ship frozen food packages overseas? I wouldn't want to be responsible for a mass food-poisoning epidemic.

Send it packed in dry-ice, preferably overnight/two-day shipping as it requires less dry-ice and will be cheaper and more "safe" for the food items involved.

Speak with your parcel sevice on the requirments for sending perishable food items packed in dry-ice.
