Obscure lines that stick in your head.

"Help, I'm steppin' into the Twilight Zone
Place is a madhouse, feels like being cloned
My beacon's been moved under moon and star
Where am I to go, now that I've gone too far

Soon you will come to know...when the bullet hits the bone"

- Golden Earring, 'Twilight Zone'

- The guy who narrates every L&O opening, the only time he ever appeared onscreen in an episode. It was L&O's pilot ep (Everybody's Favorite Bagman)

I don't know why that sticks in my head. It just does.

From Fantasy Island. Tanya Roberts played a woman trying to win a big cash prize by staying in a haunted house for one hour. The house's ghostly occupant is an 18th-century man who can't rest in peace, because in life he ran away from a fight for fear of being killed. After Roberts wins the prize, the man becomes mortal. She dresses him 20th century-style, and takes him out by the pool. When she removes her coverup, he nearly faints at sight of her bikini.

"In my day, people never wore so little even on their wedding night."

"You shot a SIX-year-old! What is WRONG with you?"

- Detective Joel Stevens, Boomtown

(This is the kind of line that only works when somebody like Donnie Wahlberg says it.)
