Oh my, this is hilarious! I can only imagine the amount of work behind this! It's made so well one can't think the characters weren't talking about anything else other than that!

It made me throw up with laughters, fantastic!!!

Best part, along with the close shots at the beginning of Troi and Picard panting again!
