That would have absolutely no place in this series.
However, since Hayden has been announced as being in the Ahsoka show, a flashback with Anakin is all but a certainty.
More of a reveal than a twist. But even then only kinda.
But you could smuggle Grogu out in a fanny pack. Not a human.
Maybe that was a bit over dramatic, I guess it might be better to say that my examples clearly prove that they are not forcing the movies and shows to be consistent with the other stuff. Which is fine by me, that's how tie ins always work, so I'm used to that. They still take their tie-ins a lot more seriously than most other franchises.
I forgot about it being a bacta flashback, that is nice way to work around the inconsistancies.
Yeah, I was thinking about that. Even if you don't see him, having Hayden in the suit, does add a nice bit of consistency, since it means he'll still be walking and moving the same way both in and out of the suit.
Really enjoyed this episode.
It was nice to finally learn about what Reva's motivation is, and it was not what I was expecting.
I'm sad to Tala die, I liked her.
This one really gave us a nice look at Anakin's psyche.
The Vader/Reva fight was awesome.
I thought it was obvious from episode one. Why start with that flashback to order 66, otherwise?

Honestly, I wish they'd get some actors/actresses that play Jedi/inquisitor/sith that have a background in gymnastics or ballet or martial Arts.. Give it a bit more realism in there fighting styles and forms.. Reva looked like an oak board during the fight with Vader... No threat what so ever. Though the first part was awesome with Vader just using the force. .. And dragging diwn the ship was cool.
Couldn't they use the de aging stuff on Hayden? Ewan looked close but Hayden has quite visually aged.. (20 years does that!)

I guess they spent all the budget on those fantastic siege scenes.
Another generally enjoyable episode, but again, if you take this same basic story and trim the fat, this would have made for an outstanding movie instead of just a pretty good TV show.
I was surprised by the lack of de-aging given what they've managed to accomplish with Luke on the other shows, but oh well, I guess it was either a budget or time thing. I do like to imagine that Anakin and Obi-Wan's sparring session happened literally just before Padme arrived on Coruscant, or even at the same time.

wow, that was quick indeed! Not as convincing as other fan deaging I’ve seen in the past, but that’s certainly because they were rushing it to be first.

Incredible scene. Vader felt like a legitimate threat, vs. an overhyped monster.
The way Vader fought reminded me of an idea I had for a post Crucible story for the EU. Jaina would face a mysterious foe and he wouldn’t use a lightsaber but instead use his hands and the force to attack. He would even be able to “grab” a lit lightsaber by using the force.
No, since they showed it in the opening scene of the first episode. I'm surprised how many people seemed not to get that the youngling was Reva.
Form Zero is the very peak of my interest in lightsaber combat. It was nice to see it in use.
Yeah, the lack of deaging on Hayden Christensen in the flashbacks was surprising given how much they've been using it in everything else. Hell, we had almost an entire episode with a deaged Mark Hamill in The Mandalorian.
