I think Tim Russ would be an excellent choice to play Obama.

Even if they don't exactly resemble each other (which is nothing new; does anyone seriously think that Frank Langella or Anthony Hopkins actually look like Nixon?), they both have a commanding tone of voice, which is arguably even more important in a successful screen portrayal.
