So while Big Finish's Avengers releases have been interesting as a historical curiosity, recreating work that's lost forever, they obviously haven't been what most of us think of when we think of the series. But that's going to change next year with two box-sets of steed and Mrs Peel stories to be released.

To be honest I'm a bit more excited at the fact that they're going to be releasing a collection of the comic strips than the audios themselves. The 1960's/70's were a golden era of beautifully produced comics adaptations of TV shows (including Doctor Who, obviously), most of which have never been collected or are long since out of print.
