NX to Voyager bash WIP

A little something i've been toying around with lately.

inspired by both this old kitbash & the new NX's refit


those twin hulls on the bottom always made me wonder how the NX would look configured like that, and so far, this is what i've come up with so far.

Hey, that's kind of neat... how cool would Voyager have been, if when the Caretaker brought them out there, there was a space junkyard near that planet, where all the unsuitable ones were dumped? Maybe when Janeway blew up his space station, the ship got damaged, and they had to re-build with the junk parts?

Anyway, cool model. I'm sure it'll look great.

Thanks for the kind words! i'll post a few pics of my concept sketches and a few ideas i have for where i'm going with some of the details later.

One of the more unorthodox-for-trek ideas i have for this one is to put the main hangar bay up in the neck, with almost forward facing egress. i also want to keep voyager's phaser strips, and for torpedo launchers i'm mixing the gun style of the NX with the permanent mounting styles used on Voy. but more on that later!
