NX-01 Schematics ... trying to recreate

Lt. Washburn

Hey guys, I'm interested in recreating some graphics used on Enterprise. I wanted to find a high-quality version of the NX-01 schematics showing Side/Top/Front views. These views get used in a variety of ways:

I found a few but the highest quality version I found was actually the modified diagram of the NX-01 Refit showing the additional secondary hull that Doug Drexler shared a few years back:

It has a resolution of 2085x1561.

It's definitely the exact same drawing, with alterations made to it. Most of the details I could simply erase and then clean up where the new lines intersected with the original lines. But when I got to the back of the saucer, and that section between the nacelles, I realized there were more significant changes, that I can probably manage, but it will take some work. I'm not a graphics expert, so I'm really just playing around with basic tools and even doing some pixel editing.

This image, not as high quality, shows how the original top drawing looked (ignore the red markings):

Here's where I'm at so far in restoring the original look:

Those inner pylons are actually in a different spot, and will need to be fixed. The central pod has been elongated, etc. Also, there's that little stray line on the front view...does anyone know if that's in the screen-used artwork?

By the way, I'm making no claims to the artwork, I just labeled it so if it gets passed around people know what they're looking at.

Anyway, does anyone know of a high(er) resolution version, that I may have missed, of the top view that shows the original configuration? I'll finish this one, if there's no higher quality reference than what I already have. But if there are better references out there, I'd like to use them. Thanks!

@Lt. Washburn, please do not hotlink to images from another site, so as to not use their bandwidth without permission. I converted all your images to regular links. Alternatively, please try to use image sharing sites like imgur.com, tinypic.com, flickr.com or postimage.org or upload images to your own webspace. Thank you! :)

I apologize. That other forum has a function that copies and stores locally any image copied to it. I was so used to that, that I didn't even think about it when I copied them here. Thanks for fixing them.
