Sultran thinks we can win if we
make trades. The Enterprise has Lt. Uhura,
and we have Subcommander Tal. If we
joined forces, we would almost certainly accomplish
our mutual goal of defeating the Klingons
and ridding the quadrant of their foul
stench. Their ships smell so bad that
even targs are known to occasionally vomit
after getting a whiff of their commander's
undergarments. Klingon regulations regarding personal hygiene were
almost nonexistent, and the High Council insisted
that imperial cruisers be equipped with only
one bar of soap. Garlic-scented soap.
And Klingons grow a very special sort
of native garlic that smells so awful
that it's been banned in both UFP
and Romulan territory as being an environmental
hazard to any vampire who might want
to drink the blood of the native
peoples. nuSpock found this fascinating. Prime didn't.
