Can anyone please point me towards a good online resource for viewing NuTrek ships? I'm not really interested in the Enterprise but also the other ships in the fleet sent to Vulcan? Also any good resources for production art?

Best online art sources all got taken down in anticipation of the ART OF book, didn't they?
There are probably frame grabs and schematics on Bernd's site, though if for some odd reason you actually LIKE any of these designs or TheAbramsThing, then you'd be best advised to avoid his text.

Some of the stuff which had been pulled from Ryan Church's site was eventually put back up, but only a fraction of what was there before.
For a while, James Clyne's art was still all there, but it now appears to have been pared down pretty drastically. Some of it can still be seen here.
I don't recall there ever being much about other Starfleet ships besides the Enterprise and Kelvin, though.
