Just makes me wonder, who is willing to a) pay that much and b) move in. After all, the still current owner has imprinted his taste and preferences on the estate, so I have a hard time imagining someone else just taking it as it is.

If I were to have that much money, I would have rather bought an architectural and Hollywood trademark like the Ennis House.

Or the Albino's hideout from that DS9 episode, the Millard House.

The guy who had the small apartment in England done in all Trek seemed more...idk...genuine. With his limited space and means, his was a practice in eccentrisim. This one just seems tacky and having more money than one knows what to do with.

I could never live there, never liked the colours of TNG or the futuristic TMP style furniture. I would prefer the industrial NX-01. Only with better couches. Or, some couches
