I think the 'fascinator' is maybe a little large, I'd think about making it a bit smaller if you're keep it asymmetrical. You might also think on mounting it symmetrically on the dorsal or ventral plane, that would look very cool.

I dig the aft engines. The name Ascendancy made me double take for a second. I had to google the word to make sure it was real. Never heard it before. Fits the shape now I know the definition.
