No more loud commercials? Sounds too good to be true.

There is a bill going through Congress that will block commercials from being a thousand times louder than the show they accompany. If you've ever been watching a show and then were blasted with decibels that made your ears bleed when the commercial started then you'll be clapping if this bill goes through. It seems almost impossible for something good to come out of Congress, but this just might be it.
