Yes, both TMP and TWOK, as well as TUC all have that feel. TFF does as well, but to a lesser extent.

So the only TOS movies which don't have the feel of a living Enterprise is the one where there is only five guys on the Enterprise and the one where they're not on the Enterprise at all?![]()
