Rask has been pretty outstanding the whole playoff run, here's hoping he's got one more in him. The one behind his back last night was crazy, thought for sure that had gone in and then he sorta spins around and it falls off of his back... 
Game 7 of the Cup Finals, that's about as good as any sport gets, so here's hoping it lives up to the billing. And the game was getting a little nasty last night, so hoping it doesn't get out of control Wednesday as well.

Oh well. Bruins were more aggressive but Blues capitalized on their chances and Bruins seemed to never be where their team mates needed. Happy for Blues fans getting their first cup.
Hopefully Raptors close it out tomorrow. I care more about basketball so I’d rather Bruins and Warriors both lose than both win.

Bruins have looked not good tonight and Bennington deserves the Caulder. He’s stood on his head all game.
Can I request something from the Mods. The NHL Season starts in a week and because of the low activity in this thread, I don't see the need to start a new one. Could you edit the title to something a little more generic? I'm not sure what but maybe something like "All-Around NHL Discussion" or something?

Looking forward to watching Kakko play. I got him on a fantasy team hoping the hype is good. Might be watching a few more Rangers games this year than usual.
The debate over whether Auston Matthews' drunken escapes should be chalked up to boys will be boys, sexual assault or something in between.
My take is that he should've had more sense than this as a man making millions of dollars and should be feeling pretty luck he isn't a regular person who would've been tossed in jail for indecent exposure. That being said, every sports league, including the NHL, has put up with a lot worse of offenders in their midst and continued to celebrate them, rightly or wrongly. The right thing for Matthews to do would've been to stand up, take some accountability and present himself as someone who is going to do better and work hard to be better.
