NFL 2025: A new era dawns?

The Raiders scuttlebutt is that Chip Kelly was a Tom Brady hire, not a Pete Carroll hire, and that he completely botched the playcalling, whether it be calling a play that was missing key components or calling a play they don't actually have.
 
The Texans have never been to the playoffs three years in a row, and they went the last two years. It'll be a struggle for them to make it this year, but it's possible with their defense if they can ever find some semblance of an offense.
 
Anyone feel like the Lions' window has closed? Lose in the NFC Championship with some questionable playcalling (which is also what got them there, so do you just accept the bad with the good?), are the No. 1 seed the next season but go one-and-done, then the OC and DC leave, and now they're merely okay. And if three NFC West teams are going to the playoffs, that only leaves one wild card spot.

Lot of talent, so I’m not sure it is closed. They have a lot of work to do in the offseason.
 
The NFC, on paper, looks like it'll go through LA; I can only see Seattle challenging the Rams, but Stafford and company seem like the best in the conference at this moment in time.

AFC, who knows? There's a scenario where the Chiefs, Ravens, and Bills all miss out on the playoffs, and then it's really anyone's year. I'd probably go with Denver if their defense can keep it up.

I had a bad feeling about this game from the start.

Stafford came crashing back to Earth with 3 turnovers today, in the pouring rain.
