NFL 2025: A new era dawns?

Former Jets center Nick Mangold has been battling chronic kidney disease since a 2006 diagnosis for a rare genetic disorder, and at the age of 41 has gone public in his need of a new kidney from a donor with type O blood.

Some Steelers and Browns players complained to the NFLPA about the poor playing field at Pittsburgh's stadium.

^^ Well it did look like shit--U. Pitt also plays there--and the TV guys commented on it as well and they said it's going to be re-sodded this week while both are outta town.

Bengals had the same issue early in the life of Paul Brown Stadium. They were using a really cheap grass that simply didn’t hold up as the weather changed.

Thursday night has provided a lot of great games this year. Maybe it just speaks to the overall parity of the league but it has been fun.

Random memory just popped into my head. A reporter was interviewing a Steelers player before the Super Bowl and asked him about how much all that Super Bowl experience will help him. He had never played in the Super Bowl. The reporter was suggesting that those Terry Bradshaw Super Bowls decades earlier were somehow his experiences too.

I hate these stupid London games.

Kickoff is at 6:30AM!!!

:scream:
But worth watching the Rams steamroll the Jags, right?

Reporting, like a lot of other careers, is littered with morons.

Doesn't necessarily mean anything, but today Quinn Ewers was promoted to backup and Zach Wilson is inactive for the Dolphins.

Justin Fields benched. Tyrod Taylor in.

Raiders losing 31-0 to the Chiefs. So as long as they score four straight TDs and convert four straight two-point conversions, while also holding the Chiefs to three-and-out every time, they've got this in the bag.
