NFL 2024: Chiefs Kingdom Targets a Three-Peat

Wow… a near perfect game for Washington, and not even really a nail-biter like previous weeks. NFC playoffs for the first time since 1991. God bless ‘em!

I'm disgusted by that one hit that the Commanders did against Goff. It felt targeted. I get blocks, but this felt too aggressive. They were trying to hurt him. Saw his head snap back. I hope he ends up being ok.

Did you miss the exact same helmet-to-helmet hit one of Detroit’s D-linemen gave to Daniels not too much later that launched him back about 3 yards? Or the bad 15-yard “face mask” penalty against a Washington defender (that was really nothing more than a shoulder grab that simply nudged the player’s helmet) that gave Detroit a critical first down? It’s a brutal full-contact sport with lots of dirty tricks and blind zebras. They all do it if they think they can get away with it. Anything for an edge to claw their way to the top.
Imagine that. New ownership can turn a bad team around in year one.
Dallas should take note.

That has been this Bears fan's most fervent hope for years.

Ginny really needs to shuffle off her mortal coil and the rest of those useless McCaskeys need to realize they don't have a clue.

George McCaskey was quoted as saying the players are responsible for the team's poor culture and took fans to task for booing the shitty on-field effort. Like I've said many times, clueless.

That 78-yard TD run looks to be it for the Rams' season.

Maybe not. The Rams just went down the field in a snap.

It doesn't matter who plays in the Super Bowl. There will always be eyeballs glued to the screen and money to be made. But would there be any extra interest in a Ravens-Commanders Super Bowl with how close they are to each other?

I would think that would be the worst case scenario for the NFL. That area might care, rest of the nation might shrug. Needs to be KC vs. the NFC champ.

Ravens drop the game-tying two-point conversion.

Also, if they had just gone for one last time, they might've only needed to go for one this time.
