NFL 2024: Chiefs Kingdom Targets a Three-Peat

Texans win the AFC South today. Now it's time to get prepared for their one and done playoff run. LOL

Texans defense and Stingley looked awesome today though. DeMeco Ryans is getting the most out of his defense.

Seahawks falling back down to earth.

Browns RB Nick Chubb breaks foot to end his season.

Lions lose three -- CB Khalil Dorsey out for season, DT Alim McNeill and CB Carlton Davis III likely out for the season.

It would be kind of funny if Mahomes is done and Wentz can finally get his chance to lead a team to a Super Bowl win, only for him to get hurt and third string QB Chris Oladokun wins the Super Bowl and is named MVP.

The Rams are now in first place in the NFC West, jumping ahead of the Seahawks for the right to lose in the first round.

I hope the Cardinals make the playoffs. I think they deserve it more than the Rams do. That Murrey injury is a little concerning.

And the latest football player to drop the ball before reaching the end zone is..... Jonathan Taylor!

Ridder sucks, but at least he knows how to throw a hail mary at the end of the game, twice! Seen so many QBs just hold onto the ball and get sacked for a freakin' hail mary.

How much of that is Levis being a bad QB and how much is it him being on the Titans?

Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll ever really know. I wonder how much better Levis and the Titans would’ve been if they had kept Derrick Henry around, to give them a running game that had to be respected?

There are plenty of highly-drafted QB busts where it's obvious they just don't have what it takes whether they're headcases or lazy or unable to play at the highest level -- Ryan Leaf, Johnny Manziel, JaMarcus Russell, Paxton Lynch, Dan McGwire, Akili Smith -- then you see how well Sam Darnold and Geno Smith do when they're away from the Jets. Malik Willis looked like the second coming of Nathan Peterman on the Titans but on the Packers he's decent.

Hats off to Geno Smith for resurrecting his career. Someone is going to give Sam Darnold $40 million a year, and get burned by it.

Though I don’t ever expect Geno Smith to put a team on his back and carry them to a Super Bowl.

Jameis Winston benched. Dorian Thompson-Robinson starting for the Browns.

Of course, the Browns organization still talks like Watson is QB 1, so until that changes, nothing really matters.

Bengals are licking their chops. Though as bad as the defense is, they may make DTR look like vintage Brett Favre.

He eats up something like $177 million of cap space over the next two years. They really can't afford to do anything else than ride with him and hope he figures it out, at some point.

Everyone, but the Browns, knew that contract would be an albatross.

It's got to be the worst trade in NFL history. The draft picks, the contract, the years it set the organization back, having a franchise QB and getting rid of him to get Watson instead. And the other teams hate the Browns for resetting the price of the QB market.

And, wasting the prime of a generational player in Myles Garrett. :(
