NFL 2020 Season: We're gonna bite a kneecap off

I still can't figure this one out.

Two turnovers in our own territory lead to 14 easy points for the Jets.

A holding call negated a go-ahead touchdown with a few minutes to go.

Rams were 2-11 on third down.

Our pass defense looked confused for a good part of the game, leaving some wide open receivers, especially on screens.

Pretty much everything that could go wrong did.

A dismal effort all around.

Gah. Whatever the Seahawks had a couple of weeks ago is spreading!

But, now I'm annoyed because the Rams will be hungry against the Hawks.

The Texans are interviewing HC candidates before they hire a GM. You might think that a little backwards, but it's the Texans we're talking about. I mean, making the HC the GM worked so well the last time. :brickwall:

I mean, some teams have done that too. I was listening to a radio show that it really depends on what type of culture the organization wants. I can't remember what team had done it but apparently this isn't the first time.

Huge game on Sunday with the Colts visiting Pittsburgh. Steelers look extremely vulnerable recently (they did even when they were unbeaten). Ben looks like he’s fallen off a cliff. Colts can severely punish him with Buckner and Leonard.

Rivers against that fearsome Steelers defensive front is a little concerning, but they’re depleted on that side of the ball. If Rivers can take care of the football, Hilton can continue his late-season resurgence, and the running game can continue to click, then the Colts could get an extremely valuable win in their divisional race.

As an aside, if the Colts beat Pittsburgh and the Browns beat the Jets (as expected) then the week 17 Steelers @ Browns matchup is for the AFC North.

IDK, those Jets are on a roll

Or their O-line, either for that matter. They were leaking gaps like a sieve and I’m sure Cousins was having flashbacks to his Skins days when he was getting hit every other play.

I was absolutely embarrassed to be a Lions fan today (more so than usual). You can blame the NFL that they wouldn't move the game to tomorrow, which would have allowed the coaches to return (or so I've heard), but this was a team that had given up. There was no fight in them at all.

Chase Daniel is on a three year contract? God, help us.

So despite the debacle last week against the Jets, the Rams still control their own destiny.

Usually we play the Seahawks pretty close.

Goff and McVay better get their shit together.

:scream:
