Really? Never heard that one before. No, I think this might be peculiar to Washington fans, considering how many of them were so adamantly against a name change and for how long the debate went on.

Now, throw on top of that the supposed reason for the
change, a concession to the old name being a racial slur, which for some fans means a concession to dreaded, “political correctness.” Consider also the number of Wash fans who because of previous statements by Snyder, felt this change would never happen.

Selection of “Red Tails,” a name some Wash fans might relate to the BLM movement, would likely provide even more “encouragement” for some fans to blame all future negatives on the new name.

Depends? I usually tend to let these things run their course before making a personal determination (that matters to no one but me) on how they should proceed.

In both cases he kinda comes off as "not quite"..either a racist or a sexual harasser. He may just be better at covering his ass than Sterling or Richardson.

I do suspect this may work its way up to the top with Snyder. This may be what finally takes him down.

Russell Wilson tweeted today that his wife is pregnant and he is concerned about going to camp. His tweet made it sound like the players have no idea of what the NFL’s plans are re: opening camps and keeping players, staff, coaches, etc, safe.

If this is true, NFL bout to have some major personnel issues real soon. Drew Brees and others tweeted sinilar sentiments. Has Goode,l even announced the league is working on a plan? All I can remember him saying is that the owners expect to start the season as planned.
