Miracle in Miami! Now, time for the inevitable let down next week.

Though I really don't think Tannehill is the problem. Beyond being fragile.

I don't know if Kaepernick would've fared any better, but I seriously doubt he could do any worse.

Texans winning streak is over. It began by beating the Colts and ended by losing to the Colts. Life in the NFL.

Texans losing is a big stroke of luck for the Patriots, since it keeps us in a position where if we win out we are guaranteed the bye. (Though first seed is now probably gone).

I have nothing to say about that last play, it's like the defense went to sleep. And coming after the Patriots wasted three points at the end of the first half because Brady couldn't manage to throw it away, and a missed FG at a distance Gostowski usually makes. Dolphins played a good game and Patriots made one too many bad mistakes.

I see the Texans taking two out of three of the last games, which means all the Patriots have to do is not lose two of their last three to get the #2 seed. The Patriots hold the tie breaker with the Texans if we end up tied at the end of the season. With the Texans offensive line being as sad as it is, I don't see us making a big splash in the playoffs anyway. The o-line is a huge weakness for the Texans, and if it weren't for Deshaun Watson being as good as he is, there is no way the Texans would be doing what they're doing with any other QB that isn't mobile as hell and can throw fairly accurately while running for his life. LOL

I’ve now made peace with giving up a first rounder for Amari Cooper. He has single handedly changed the course of the season.

Not exactly a barn burner so far in Chicago.

    Goff looks terrible.

Both defenses are playing very well. We’re probably lucky to be tied at halftime.

All respect to the Bear’s defense. The Rams couldn’t run, couldn’t pass. Couldn’t do anything.

If you had told me the Rams’ defense was going to give up 13 points, I would have been ecstatic.

The offense looked absolutely Fisher-esque. Goff has been off the last two weeks. I don’t know what’s going on with him.

Just saw highlights on the local news. Looked like the defense was in Goff's face basically all night.

Like I've said a few times, I don't watch football anymore, but during the sports segment on the news here in Madison, they focused almost exclusively on Mack giving Goff hell all night long. Although Trubisky's numbers look like shit; if the Bears make the playoffs they're almost certain to get bounced in the first round.

Now they have to wonder about the wisdon of having Gronk out there. An actual DB might have made the save.

Yeah but it wasn't just that.

Goff missed several wide-open throws to go along with his 4 interceptions. And Gurley hardly touched the ball at all. I don't know what was going on in McVay's mind, but I didn't like the game plan or the execution on offense.

Better to lay a big egg on the road now, than in January.
