I download the Star Trek Universe at War mod. Where do I put it?

Where do I put the Skirmisher program?

Do I need to add the Skirmisher bugfix as well? If I do, where do I put it?

Do I need to add the English update to Nexus the Jupiter Incident? If I do, where do I put it?
