Next Trek script likely done at end of March

I thought this up after the roll / role thing

Star Trek 2: The Wrath of the Wheelchair.

It's big scene is Pike crashing into Chekov and exploding a console.

It was in bad taste wasn't it!

According to an article at Trekmovie.com.

The release date is not expected to change.

I don't get it, why would ppl want to know or get a script, won't it spoil the enjoyment of going to see the movie ???

If someone gave me spoilers about upcoming episode of sgu i'd be bit angry with him/her...

The "release date" referred to is the date the movie opens in the theaters - 29 June of 2012, if I'm remembering rightly. I very much doubt that anyone who's not a Paramount exec or working for Bad Robot on the movie is going to be getting a look at the script.

I also wouldn't count on there being much in the way of spoilers until well after filming is complete (and the bulk of post-production, besides); what there is then is likely to be leaked in very small increments according to a very strict schedule.

It took me all of five minutes in Paint Shop Pro to realize just how nonsensical Trek ship scales are. The real size of any ship in Trek is "generic unspecified don't-look-too-closely huge":p

Except you got all your measurements and details wrong, along with all your assumptions. :)
Then why did Doug Drexler scale up the TOS Enterprise by 50% when he made his cutaway? Surely not because the original size didn't fit the sets!:rommie:
