This is my first entry of "Exchange Officers". The UFP and Cardassian Union have agreed to exchange crews. The newly minted Cmdr. Tom Paris is the head of the Federation crew for Gul Macet's crew. Elim Garak would be the lead for the Cardassian delegation as counselor.
I know there's already a mistake. Seven of Nine would not be wanted because she is a former member of the Borg collective of very high seniority. Icheb would have been an apprentice.
