After watching some SciFi DVD's featuring the works of famous authors, with Stephen Hawking as "the announcer" or whatever, my son asked an interesting question; "how the hell do we know that's Stephen Hawking, with his voice being synthesized. It could be anybody."
(I realize it's really "him", ofcourse, being a professional production.)
But...
Having already started happy hour, I launched MS Narrator to play with the idea, only to discover that the only voice was "Anna". Lame.
After googling and googling and getting stupid dead end links, I thought I'd ask here:
Is there any resource for downloading and installing additional "voice-packs" or "voice profiles" for the MS Vista TTS engine?
