I keep being amazed by how many different and how different the uniforms are. They're this mishmash of different esthetics that I find kinda jarring.

Well there seem to be:

Dress uniform for Headquarters
Long and short sleeve coloured duty ship uniform
A jumpsuit worn over this for more hostile environments.

Away Team with long coats for planets
Space suit
Underwater suit
Volcano suit
