New TV Seaso

So in most of the world summer is winding down and then he New winter TV Season is starting. Usually that is when TV stations air new seasons of existing shows or debut brand-new ones.

But with home media ranging from DVD's to Netflix, is this season going to see you just watching the brand-new shows/seasons, or did you find an older show on DVD or Netflix over the summer that may be old, but is new to you?

I'll probably watch nothing besides Will and Grace (is that a new show or an old one?) and The good Place. I might try out The Good Doctor because I think he's cute.

Most of the shows I watch now are 10 episode runs. Brooklyn Nine Nine and Survivor might be the only exceptions.

So for me there is no true ' TV season' anymore that runs from September through May. Just which shows are running right now, that start and stop whenever.

Seems like every year more and more of the attention to quality get siphoned out from the 20 episode run network shows into 10 episode run cable and streaming shows.
