New To Voyager

eh they were already divorced, good luck to him if he's off in Europe with his secretary. But you know good, or even middling parents don't move so far away that they can't afford to visit their 14 year old kid. Even once a year. And if that kid's custodial parent DIES well you better get your ass into gear because guess what, you're a parent until you're dead.

Taking it back to Star Trek for a moment. I found this article entitled "You Might Be A Trekkie If..." Out of all the items, I only got one.

"You cared when Kate Mulgrew cut her hair" Yes I cared.

It made her seem 20 years younger.

It certainly made her look less school-marmish.

I disagree. Her make-up job aged her in the later seasons. The hair brought her to her age.
If anything the bun made her looked forced into maturity as if she were a young bride forced to grow up and populate the town before she dies in childbirth. Aka school marm-ish 19th century.

I'm placing her in "The Train Job" and she is married off to Mal :adore:

I need coffee, Black. I personally prefer cream but heck with my name Catarina I might as well play the Janeway preferred flavor.

Third episode of Stargate Universe, everyone starts going paranoid and insane.

Lines are drawn between the civilians and the military.

You think aliens are beaming a mind whammy at the ship.

No.

Nothing so easy.

:)

Caffeine withdrawals.

Nicotine withdrawals.

Alcohol withdrawals.

I don't like coffee either.

I just like being around people who drink.

Persons with vices are so much more fun than good people.

It kind of sucks to not have a vice though. If I'm having a bad day I can't just go smoke a pack of cigarettes or down a couple glasses of wine. What do we non-vice people do? Suffer!
