Greetings fellow Star Trek fans! Here's the latest update: My Star Trek: The Multiverse Crisis trilogy is coming along. We just posted the first segment of the first movie in the trilogy entitled Star Trek: Infinite Chain. The second movie Star Trek: Incident at Beta 9, is available but is not the remastered version (which will be widescreen and HD). That version will be here by September. The third movie Star Trek: The Final Darkness, is almost complete, and should be out by late August. There are trailers to Infinite Chain and Final Darkness posted on my youtube channel already, along with the other film segments. Beta 9's trailer will be out soon as well. Part 2 of the Infinite Chain should be posted by next week. As I complete each ten minutes of the film, a new segment will get posted. Thanks in advance for anyone checking the work out. Hard to believe it all started in 1994 with the first film... Keep on Trekkin' and I'll keep you all posted...

Just re-watched the "Infinite Chain" today (slow day at work), and I must say that it looks really good. The acting is pretty credible, although the makeup of one character's a little questionable. The visiting observer's performance is really nice (in fact, he sounds like one of my customers complaining that I didn't call him up and personally tell him I was running a sale on color copies last week and he only found out after the sale was over). :)

All in all, a terrific start to this episode. Hope there will be more in the coming weeks!

Greetings my awesome Trekkers! This is George Kayaian with an update. I just posted episodes 4 and 5 of my Star Trek: The Infinite Chain movie on Youtube. Two out of three Blooper reels have been posted as well for this film. There might be eight or nine chapters in all to complete the adventure. The work on my third film; Star Trek: The Final Darkness, is coming along nicely. I'm hoping to post the first two episodes from this film in two months or less (if all goes according to plan). I'm hard at work, and I thank everyone for their support! I'll be in touch as more progress occurs.

George, you are and remain the great undiscovered fan filmmaker! I look forward to you completing either of these and giving you a nice headline at Star Trek Reviewed!

I just subscribed to your channel. As someone with a television production background I did have a chuckle at some of the production values, but I found it a lot of fun. I'll be checking out all your past productions and look forward to your new endeavors.

I haven't reviewed it on Fan Film Friday because I have this compulsion about showing things in the order they were intended to be seen. Once the first is complete and available for viewing, I'll be there.

(And one more thing: I have seen "Incident on Beta 9," and it was very good. My only complaint was not knowing the names of the characters from the get-go. Perhaps adding a character list and the people who play them would clear that up?)

Greetings everyone! Hope my fellow Trekkers are well and happy! I just wanted to say that I'm hard at work on my trilogy and should be posting a new episode soon for Infinite Chain. In the meantime, I was looking through my archives, and I came across this comedy piece on Star Trek I did back in 1992...it was for an episode of America's Funniest People show. (I did a re-edit on it because the tape had deteriorated so badly-- fortunately my masters were in good shape.) Anyway, it was done all for laughs, and we received an honorable mention for our efforts. So if you're in the mood for some deliberately campy/goofy take on Star Trek, check it out. Here's the link: http://youtu.be/Agfj5oYbvy0 Thanks again for all your support! I'll be in touch!

I've been receiving a lot of email regarding my budget for the Star Trek films I've done (and still doing!) Let me put it to you this way-- there are small budget films and no-budget films-- mine is in the latter category! Since I am an artist, I was fortunate enough to be able to build my sets out of paper, cardboard and tape mixed in with christmas lights. So, after building a total of 51 sets for my three movies combined, I would say it cost about $600 worth in supplies. I've been able to reuse many materials to the point where they've literally fallen apart on me! My brother builds my models, and my actors work for free. I do my own editing/special effects with my great friend Larry Strong-- so it's a minor miracle that my love of Trek hasn't stopped because of my lack of funds. In some ways, having no budget makes you more creative! Now-- am I jealous of some of the great bid-budgeted fan films? Yes I am my friends! I wish I could make sets like that! But I sincerely believe Star Trek is like a play in many ways-- the story is more important than the setting-- so I do the best I can with what I have, and I am so appreciative of anyone who enjoys the work. I hope that answers the budget questions my friends!

Greetings my fellow Trekkers! I just posted Episode 6 of my Star Trek: Infinite Chain series on Youtube. I'm already well into editing episode 7... I'm right on target for a nine episode run, then I'll finish up my Star Trek: The Final Darkness film. Just wanted say thanks to everyone out there for all the support!
