Ah, Ray Romano, the master of unfunny himself.

BTW, was the title "Everybody loves Raymond" supposed to be ironic or something? Because, I liked Frank and Marie, I hadn't even had a problem with Debra and I LOVED Robert, but I fucking hated Raymond's guts.

I loved reading this in the interview:

PARADE: Was a show about male friendships a hard sell at first?

BAKULA: Most networks said, "Can't these guys at least be cops? Even retired cops who go to a cop bar and every once in a while get into a car chase?"

Whatever you may think of Romano, he's the reason the show got sold, so props to him for that.

And Bakula looks great. I hope I look that young when I'm 56.
