New preview for 24: Season Seven.

Did you see the original preview for season seven back when season seven was supposed to start in Jan. 2008? They mention that "CTU is gone" and "this will be a day like no other."

Then Jack threatens to torture someone and says there's a mole in the FBI.

You can watch a preview of the lead-in to season 7 - 24 Redemption on the official website. I was pretty pumped at first but let down a bit after I saw it. It really looked like more of the same to me; just in a different setting. Hopefully my thoughts after seeing it will be more positive than with the trailer.

I love this show. :D I really hope the seventh season is good!

ETA: I hope Tony isn't really bad. :( I love Tony!

Hey, Top41! Long time no hear from!

Wow. just seeing that clipmade me realize how much Imiss this show. I look foward to it's come back this winter.

When is the 2 hour set-up show coming on?

AlphaMan!!!!! :D :D :D *HUG* Great to see you!!!!

I miss the show, too...and watching it with the ChicagoBBSers. And calling out "Toooooony!!!" :D

Is it me or is Tony really hot in his new badboy shaved head look :)

He does look pretty hot.

Looks good and looks like the show has been given a complete overhaul, which was needed. The way the characters acted seem different and refreshing as did plot being away from LA and even the filming look different.

Love that Tony is dead but I will have a problem believing he has gone evil, I would prefer a twist of where he is a double agent.

I wonder if they'll make any reference to the supposed fact that they helped Obama get elected via President Palmer?

Ironically, the telemovie and the new season will feature a female president. When they began writing season 7, it was assumed that Hilary would win the Democratic nomination and probably the election - the female Pres was supposed to be timely or topical and reflect real life.

Looks like they should have kept with Wayne Palmer, if they wanted to do that. He even had the gaffe prone older Veep ...

Kept Wayne Palmer? What show do you think you're watching? Look how many presidents have been on 24 -- David Palmer, James Prescott who temporarily took control of the job, John Keeler, Charles Logan, Hal Gardner who I would think got the job after Logan was taken away, Wayne Palmer, Noah Daniels and now Allison Taylor. Plus someone was president during season one, even if there was no actual character and storyline involvement.

So since 24 has began, Jack Bauer has served under nine presidents!!!

^ Yup, as I pointed out before, not counting Obama, if you count back 9 Presidents in the real world, you'd have to go back to LBJ's time. 24 and Bauer have gotten through that many during George Bush's two terms.

I'm waiting for the 24 plot where all the ex-presidents conspire to take out the current president and only Jack Bauer can stop them!

Well seeing as how this was intended to come out in January of this year, it'd have to be Hillary Clinton. The only other possibility would be... Geraldine Ferraro? :p

President Palin would have started World War III! I think that's the perfect kind character for the "Where the hell did that plot twist come from?" type of show. :p
